We also offer complete federal and state tax preparation for your small business, as well as for corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships. For retail clients, we can prepare sales tax and use tax, as well as file the 940 and 941 forms for payroll clients. We also prepare and electronically file your year end W-2 and 1099-MISC forms. If you require IRS representation, we offer that as well, taking care of the release of liens, wage garnishments, levies, Offers in Compromise, payment plans as well as filing all prior year tax returns. What do I need before scheduling an appointment?
Please gather any and all documents listed on the tax preparation checklist pertaining to your situation.
All clients: Please have the following information available at the time of your appointment:
Social security cards for taxpayer, spouse and dependants
For Schedule C for Sole Proprietorships:
Receipts or records documenting business income received during tax year
Rceipts for business related expenditures
Mileage log, if applicable, if deducting mileage expense
If depreciating assets, details of date they were placed in service, as well as the costs are needed. Often this can be located on the prior year return reflecting this information.
Extra charges may apply if the sole proprietorship's records must be organized and categorized.
